This article explains how to verify your Repeat account. Verification ensures that users are legally eligible to play, allows withdrawals and purchases, and confirms identity for account security. It covers the required documents, age-specific requirements, and the verification process.
Note: Before processing withdrawals or purchases on Repeat, we are required by law to verify each player’s identity. Verification also ensures users are over 18, or if aged 13–18, have parental permission to play.
What information is required to verify my Repeat account?
If you are over 18
To confirm your identity, submit:

Both the front and back of one valid photo ID:
ID (Identity Card)
Passport
Driving License
A photo of yourself holding the ID clearly visible near your face to confirm it belongs to you.
If you are between 13 and 18
We require verification of your age and your legal guardian’s consent. After submitting your own documents, reply to the verification email with:
Your ID showing your name and date of birth.

Proof of relationship and consent: a photo of both you and your guardian holding your respective IDs near your faces.
If you are under 13
You cannot participate on Repeat.
Verification process
- To begin the verification process, select "Account Settings" from the drop down menu when clicking your profile icon.
2. Select the box titled "Get Verified"
3. Begin the verification process by selecting a verification method. A government issued ID or Passport.
4. Follow the prompt and submit your selected verification method with a clear selfie holding your ID, as well as the front and back of your selected method. Select "Submit" once done and wait for the verification request to be reviewed by our team.
5. You will receive a pop up letting you know your verification request was successfully submitted.
6. You can check the status of your verification request of visiting your account settings at any time.
Once verified
Any pending withdrawal requests will be completed.
You can make additional withdrawal requests.
You can purchase items on the marketplace.
A blue checkmark will appear next to your name, showing others that you are a verified competitor.
"But, why? Why should, I waste my time and submit my private documents for the sake of verification?"
To comply with anti fraud laws, it is required, this also helps us protect our community from scams, smurfs, banned users, and so on.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the verification process take?
Verification request are taking longer than anticipated due to the influx of requests received recently. Once reviewed you will receive another email regarding the status of your request.
I just got verified, how long does it take for my withdrawal or purchase to process?
Once verified, please allow three to five business days for your withdrawal or purchase to process.
How can I provide the required images?
You are able to start the verification process here on Repeat
Do I have to do it every time I want a withdrawal?
No. Verification only has to be conducted once for the lifetime of an account.
I’m worried about sending my ID?
We get asked about providing ID regularly. While we cant verify your account without viewing appropriate ID you can cover some parts of them.
We only need a photo, name, age, and expiration date so you or your parent/guardian can cover over any of the really sensitive data such as passport/license number, barcodes, thumb prints, signatures etc. using either sticky notes or an image editor.
I’m under 13 – can I play?
Sorry – no. Even with parental permission we can not allow players under the age of 13.
What happens to my ID?
In order to verify your account we manually review the ID you have provided and then transcribe the type of ID you have provided, your name, date of birth and nationality and then we delete our version. We do NOT keep copies of your documents.
It’s difficult for me to get my ID – can I still be verified?
We’ve seen all the reasons, but the basic answer is that if we don’t verify your account we could lose our license, so we do need to see them.
Please note that we love honesty and actively help those having difficulties whereas we will react harshly to attempts at avoiding the process or in particular, the provision of false information or fake ID.
I’ve only applied for a marketplace purchase – do I still need to verify?
Yes – we need to verify accounts for both cash withdrawals and marketplace purchases.
