As a result of the laws that we operate under, before we can either payout a player’s withdrawal or purchase requests, we are required to both verify their identity and ensure that they are either over the age of 18 or if they are between the ages of 13 and 18, that they have parental permission to play.
What information is required to verify my Repeat account?
If you are over the age of 18
1) both the front and back of one of the following forms of valid photo identification to confirm your identity:
ID (Identity Card)
Passport
Driving License
2) As extra verification to prove the ID is yours, we also need you to take a photo of yourself with the said verification document clearly visible near your face.
If you are over 13 and under 18
We need to verify your age along with your legal guardian’s ID (ex: parent, step-parent, grandparent, etc.) and get their consent for you to use the site.
To do this you need to reply to the email you receive after you submit your own personal documents:
1) for you – we need some form of ID that states your name and your date of birth
2) then for your guardian – both the front and back of one of the following forms of valid photo identification to confirm their identity:
ID (Identity Card)
Passport
Driving License
3) then to prove the two IDs belong to each of you, their relationship to you and in particular, that they give permission for you to play on Repeat, we also need you to take a photo of them next to you with both of you clearly holding the ID near your faces.
If you are under 13 we can not let you play regardless of the circumstances.
If you want to, you can blacken out sensitive information on your identification documents, except for the date of birth, expiration date, picture and full name.
Once verified

Do I have to do it every time I want a withdrawal?
No. Verification only has to be conducted once for the lifetime of an account.
I’m worried about sending my ID?
We get asked about providing ID regularly. While we cant verify your account without viewing appropriate ID you can cover some parts of them.
Our usual comment is we only need a photo, name and age so you or your parent/guardian can cover over any of the really sensitive data such as passport/license number, barcodes, thumb prints, signatures etc. using either sticky notes or an image editor.
I’m under 13 – can I play?
Sorry – no. Even with parental permission we can not allow players under the age of 13.
What happens to my ID?
In order to verify your account we manually review the ID you have provided and then transcribe the type of ID you have provided, your name, date of birth and nationality and then we delete our version. We do NOT keep copies of your documents.
It’s difficult for me to get my ID – can I still be verified?
We’ve seen all the reasons – but the basic answer is that if we don’t verify your account we could lose our license, so we need to see them.
Please note that we love honesty and actively help those having difficulties whereas we will react harshly to attempts at avoiding the process or in particular, the provision of false information or fake ID.
I’ve only applied for a marketplace purchase – do I still need to verify?
Yes – we need to verify accounts for both cash withdrawals and marketplace purchases.
