Accessing Your Verification Status
Go to the user menu and click the “Account Settings” button or visit the account details page directly.
Locate the “Account Verification” section on the Account Settings page.
Understanding Verification Statuses
Pending: Your verification is being reviewed and can take up to 10 business days to process.
Approved: Your verification is successful. You can now withdraw funds and make purchases on the Marketplace.
Invalid: More information or corrected documents are required. See below for how to re-submit.
Declined: Your account is under investigation for potential issues. Refer to the terms of service and next steps below.
What to Do If Your Verification Is Approved
Congratulations on your successful verification! You now have full access to withdraw earnings and complete marketplace transactions. Any changes to your verification status will remain visible in your Account Settings.
If Your Verification Is Marked Invalid
- Reason: This happens if your submitted documents are incomplete or additional information is needed.

- Ensure the uploaded photos or scans of your documents are correct and clear.

If Your Verification Is Declined
