Q: What is happening to Repeat?
A: Repeat is winding down, with tournaments concluding by June and a shutdown near the end of the year.
Q: How long will Repeat be around?
A: Tournaments will conclude by the end of May, with the final shutdown being near the end of the calendar year.
Q: Can I withdraw if my current balance is below 20$?
A: Yes, we are removing the minimum threshold on June 15th to give users the ability to withdraw their full balance.
Q: What happened to my coins?
A: By June 15th PDT, any user with a coin balance of 70,000 coins or more will automatically have their coins converted to cash. Users with coins below this threshold will not have their coins converted. The conversion rate is 10,000 coins to 1 United States dollar.
Q: Why is the threshold 70,000 coins specifically?
A: We’ve lowered the coin redemption threshold from ~90,000 coins (which was previously the lowest coin price of a gift card) to 70,000 coins to make it easier for users to reach the redemption limit under the Terms of Service. This change allows more customers, especially those close to the previous threshold to benefit, while still accounting for the operational and processing costs associated with converting smaller balances.
Q: Can I combine my coins with another account to get over the threshold?
No.
Q: Can I exchange my coins to real money?
A: No, you cannot. On June 15th PDT we'll automatically convert coin balances of 70,000 or more into cash.

Q: Why is Rocket League the only game left on Repeat?
A: We are hosting Cash Cups in partnership with Rocket League that will be available until the end of May.

A: After careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to discontinue Repeat.gg. This decision wasn’t made lightly and reflects a shift in our priorities and long-term focus. We’re grateful to the community for being part of the platform.
Q: What happens to the tournaments I’m currently signed up for?
A: All tournaments will finish as normal, ending on their scheduled time and date. No tournaments will be cut short and will all be paid out appropriately.
Q: Can I withdraw my money still?
A: Yes. Withdrawals will stay open until November 14th.
Q: My cash balance is below the withdrawal processor fee. What do I do?
A: Fees will vary depending on user region and withdrawal method and are not controlled by Repeat.
