What is a one time password and how is it used on Repeat?
A one-time password (OTP) is a unique, randomly generated code that is only valid for a single, limited time. This is used on Repeat to enhance security features for user withdrawals. Instead of a password, users enter a 6-digit one time password sent to their registered email when attempting to withdrawal funds.
Note: The One-Time password is valid for 10 mins and you can request a maximum of 3 per hour.
How to use a one time password on Repeat
1. Click on your Profile Menu
2. Select Withdrawal Funds
3. A randomly generated code will be sent to the email address associated with your Repeat account, input the code as shown in your email and click Continue.
What can I do if I'm not receiving my One-Time Password?
- Ensure you are checking the inbox of the correct email address of your Repeat account.
- Ensure all possible folders are checked, including spam/junk folders.
- Request a new one-time password by selected "Resend Verification Code"
