Repeat takes account suspension seriously to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all users. Suspension occurs when a user violates our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Below are some common reasons for suspension and what you can do next.
Common Reasons for Account Suspension:
Multiple Alternate Accounts: Creating and using multiple alternate accounts is not allowed. If you do, both your main and alt accounts may be suspended.
Country Included in Sanctions:
Legal and regulatory requirements may restrict access for certain countries under sanctions.
Paypal Sharing:
Sharing or transferring PayPal accounts between users is prohibited and can result in suspension.
Using Unauthorized Game IDs/Accounts:
Only use your own legitimate game ID or account. Using accounts without proper authorization is a violation.
Smurfing, Cheating, or Manipulating Scores:
Playing at a lower skill level than you actually are, cheating, or manipulating match scores will result in suspension.
Credit Card Fraud:
Engaging in credit card fraud (including using stolen credit cards) is a serious violation and will result in suspension or banning.
Explicit/Inappropriate Banners/Profile Photos:
Using explicit or inappropriate content in banners or profile photos is not allowed and will lead to suspension.
Rude Behavior Towards Other Users and Repeat Staff:
Rude behavior and lack of professionalism towards others or staff is not tolerated and may result in suspension.
Trying to Verify Multiple Repeat Accounts:
Attempting to create and verify multiple accounts goes against our terms and may lead to suspension.
False Identification/Identity Fraud:
Submitted IDs are checked for authenticity. Submitting a fraudulent or altered ID can result in indefinite suspension or banning.
