Note: As a result of the laws that we operate under, before we can either payout a player’s withdrawal or purchase requests, we are required to both verify their identity and ensure that they are either over the age of 18 or if they are between the ages of 13 and 18, that they have parental permission to play.
Starting a withdraw request
To start a withdraw, select "Withdraw Funds" from the drop down menu when clicking your profile.
You will then be prompted to enter your One-Time password.
Note: The One-Time password is valid for 10 minutes and you can request a maximum of three per hour.
Selecting amount of funds to withdraw
You will then be prompted to choose the amount you wish to withdraw. The minimum threshold for withdrawing is $20 while the maximum is $500.
Once confirmed, your payment will take three to five business days to process into Tipalti. For more information on Tipalti please visit our knowledge base here.
What can I do if I'm not receiving my withdraw?
- Ensure you have completed your Tipalti account here. Ensuring the selected payment method that is active and valid and the payment has not been deferred or rejected. If deferred or rejected, please select a new payment method and Tipalti will attempt to make this payment in the next run.

Ensure you have not been recently suspended as all withdrawals and/or purchases are put on hold for the duration of the suspension and for one month after.
