When changing your battletag, this will prevent scores from being updated on Repeat.
Note: Before changing your battletag we recommend completing ongoing tournaments to ensure that all your scores and progress are accurately recorded under your existing Battletag and you are not removed from tournaments by removing and connecting a new account.
What Happens if I Change my Battletag?
Changing your Battletag, which is your unique identifier for games like Call of Duty, can prevent scores from being reflected in all Call of Duty tournaments on Repeat.
1. Scores will not be updated: Once you change your Battletag, any future scores or progress you’ve made in ongoing tournaments will not be reflected.
2. In order to reset the timer on the account, you'll need to open a ticket here and inform us you've changed your battletag so scores are not counting: https://support.repeat.gg/hc/en-us/requests/new.
3. Log in with your new battletag and continue participating in Repeat Call of Duty tournaments.
